Sjögren’s syndrome is a chronic autoimmune condition in which the immune system attacks the glands that produce moisture in the body. This commonly leads to dry eyes and dry mouth, but it can also affect the joints, skin, lungs, kidneys, and nerves.

Adults diagnosed with Sjögren’s syndrome who are experiencing symptoms may be eligible. Final eligibility will be confirmed through screening assessments.
